Absolutely! Our class schedule offers a range of styles to accommodate varying fitness levels. If you're new to Pilates, welcome aboard! We recommend beginning with either our open-level classes, Form & Flow (Reformer) or Align & Flow (Mat). During these sessions, our experienced instructors will provide guidance and adapt exercises to ensure a beneficial and enjoyable workout.

We use the MINDBODY online booking system for class management. To easily schedule your classes, you can download our free Orana Pilates & Wellness app from your app store. Once you log in, you'll have the ability to make purchases, book classes, join waitlists, reschedule or cancel bookings, and also view your account details, schedule, and history.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first class. This way, we can give you a tour of the studio and introduce you to the Reformer or Mat. Our instructors will provide a thorough explanation of how it works, ensuring you feel comfortable and informed throughout your class.
-
We suggest wearing comfortable activewear or gym attire. You have the choice to go barefoot or wear grip socks, which are available for purchase at the studio. No need for shoes.
Don't forget to bring your water bottle along. We have filtered water available in the studio to refill your bottles.
-
Hang tight! Waitlists tend to shift, so you're likely to get automatically moved into the class. Just keep an eye on your Orana Pilates & Wellness App to check if you've been added.
If your plans change and you can't make it to the class, please remember to remove yourself from the waitlist. This allows the next person in line to take your spot. Remember, if you’re moved from the waitlist and don't attend class, your session will be forfeited.

We have 2 dedicated rooms. The Reformer Room is decked out with 9 Allegro 2 Reformers, allowing a maximum of 9 spots per class. We offer generous space around each reformer for comfortable movement. (Ample room for legs in straps, IYKYK!)
The Mat Room has a maximum of 8 people, so make sure to book your spot quick.
Our small class sizes ensure personalised attention from our instructors, enabling them to focus on and assist each individual effectively.
-
You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but there’s no need! We have mats ready and laid out for you so you can simply walk in and enjoy the class.
