Reformer Pilates classes
Our Reformer Room offers a range of class styles to suit your needs. With a maximum of nine attendees per class, our expert instructors provide personalised guidance, ensuring engaging workouts that build strength, flexibility, and body awareness, guaranteed to make you feel amazing.

Form and flow
An open-level, fun, and creative class with a key focus on form. We blend creativity with guidance on alignment and breath, making each session enjoyable and effective. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or progress, this class helps you get the most out of every movement.

Tone and flow
An intermediate to advanced class designed to enhance your strength and endurance, igniting every muscle. This dynamic flow will empower you to push your boundaries and reach new heights.
Prepare to leave feeling strong, toned, and energised.
Before joining this class, it's important to be injury-free and familiar with the reformer.

Jump and flow
Jump & Flow blends cardio, strength, and endurance with the Reformer Jump Board. This high-intensity, low-impact workout alternates between energising jump sequences and full-body strength exercises, elevating your heart rate while building strength in a fun, dynamic flow.
Not suitable for pre/postnatal and injury recovery.
Mat and Hot Mat Pilates classes
Our boutique Mat & Hot Mat studio offers a personalised experience with just eight mats per class. Hot Mat classes are heated to 30°C using infrared technology to improve circulation, flexibility, and aid recovery. If you prefer a cooler environment, our Mat Pilates classes are held at a comfortable room temperature. With a range of class options, we have something to suit everyone.

A smooth, flowing class designed to build strength, alignment, and flexibility while keeping things low-impact and accessible to all levels. With a focus on posture, form, and deep muscle activation, this class is perfect for beginners and experienced movers alike. Modifications and progressions are always offered, ensuring a challenging yet supportive experience.
Props may be used or left out, allowing the class to adapt to your needs. You’ll leave you feeling balanced, strong, and refreshed.

Hot flow
Turn up the heat and ignite your movement in our 30°C infrared-heated studio. This open-level class blends strength, stability, and deep muscle engagement for a total-body experience that challenges, energies, and restores.
Flow through breath-driven, dynamic sequences designed to activate muscles, improve circulation, and enhance mobility. Optional props add extra resistance or support, while modifications and progressions ensure you can push your limits or take it slow.
Expect to sweat, stretch, and strengthen. Leave class feeling empowered, lengthened, and completely refreshed.
